Refunds
We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases wherein the product is out of stock. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Please allow 7 days for the processing of returns and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your debit/credit card statement.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the ‘Return and Exchange Policy’ will apply. Shilpkiriti may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: the item is out of stock; pricing errors or debit/credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
• Since all our garments are typically made on an order-by-order basis, we do not accept any return or exchange requests. Please be sure of the colour, size and fabric before ordering.
• Please note that once an order has reached a certain point in processing or has been shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
• In case of any special request on returns or exchanges, please be sure to take care of your garments, as we do not accept garments that have makeup marks, stains, smell of perfume or body odour. The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags still attached and returned in the original packaging. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
• You will have approximately thirty minutes to cancel an order you have placed.
• We do not return or exchange gift cards.
